It features 40 wind chimes, one for each of the flight's 40 passengers and crew members who died on Sept. 11, 2001. Gordon Felt, whose brother Edward was a passenger on the flight, said, "They're with us in spirit, certainly, and I hope they're looking down on us and smiling." #InsideEdition
