1:27Now PlayingAfter cops got a call about a man trying to break into cars, they spotted Isaiah John Gellaty lying down in the front seat of a 1998 Honda Accord. Responding officers say once Gellaty saw them, he pulled off, leading police on a chace through Happy Valley, Oregon. Police threw out spike strips and deflated the tires, but that didn't stop Gellaty. He hopped out of the moving car and took off running, only to end pinned to a building by the car he was driving. #InsideEdition
