2:19Now PlayingThere’s outrage over a plea deal that means a former college student accused of rape will not serve any jail time. Jacob Walter Anderson was president of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Baylor University. His alleged victim says Anderson raped her behind a house during a party. Anderson’s plea spared him any jail time and he’s not required to register as a sex offender. The accuser lashed out at the judge for accepting the deal, saying, “I am devastated by your decision.” #InsideEdition
