1:47Now PlayingA dad was brought to tears when a painting of his late son was unveiled. The portrait was painted by artist Elisabeth Kepley as a tribute to Rob Maresca, who gave her a fresh start at life. She was in desperate need of a heart transplant. When Maresca died at the age of 30, his parents donated his organs to help others like Kepley. Maresca was also a talented artist and his parents gifted Kepley his art supplies to use for the oil painting. #InsideEdition
