Boling ran a 100-meter race in 9.98 seconds, a mere 4/10th of a second off the record set by Olympic Champion Usain Bolt in 2009, which earned him the title of World’s Fastest Man. It was enough for Boling, whose nickname is “White Lightning,” to set a new record at his school. #InsideEdition
