1:39Now PlayingDid a scam artist try to steal Halle Berry's mansion? Police say Ronald Eugene Griffin, 59, fraudulently changed the deed to the home and put his name down as the owner. He reportedly was first seen trespassing around the $4.5 million property in Hollywood Hills in January but then ran away after house workers approached him. Then in March, police say, he hired a locksmith to come over and change the locks. Griffin is charged with procuring and offering a false warranty deed and petty theft. #InsideEdition
