Video from one incident in Hollywood, California, shows a gang of thieves on rented bikes pull up to parked SUVs in broad daylight, break the windows, rifle through the vehicles and remove items. They then make their getaway on the e-bikes. The LAPD says there is a 25% increase in car break-ins at the city’s tourist spots. #InsideEdition
