Gale force winds created huge waves on Lake Erie, which sprayed water on these houses, leaving giant icicles hanging from roofs and windows. Residents say it might look like a wonderland, but it’s more like being trapped in a dungeon. “We have people who are in turmoil,” one resident said. #InsideEdition
