The Minnesota State Police later admitted that they had “strategically deflated tires” to “stop vehicles driving dangerously.” Inside Edition spoke with journalist Andrew Kimmel, who was left to fend for himself at 2 a.m. after cops slashed all four of his car’s tires while it was parked in a K-Mart parking lot. All the other cars in the lot also saw their tires slashed. #InsideEdition
