The balloon would carry a pressurized capsule known as the Spaceship Neptune. Neptune would hold as many as nine people, including a pilot. It would feature long windows, from which passengers could view the earth. Perhaps most importantly, it would also have a bar and a bathroom. Space Perspective says test flights will start early next year. #InsideEdition
