On Manhattan’s west side, restaurants have moved their tables onto sidewalks and in the streets, but is it safe? One restaurant showed Inside Edition its 12-step process for ensuring the safety of its staff and customers. They include temperature checks, hand sanitizing, and even a change of clothes. #InsideEdition
