Kaya Centeno would be 18 now, but investigators in northern California say she went missing sometime between 2010 and 2012. Kaya was adopted by Jose and Gina Centeno in 2008, along with her younger brother and sister. Her siblings alerted authorities that they hadn’t seen Kaya in years.
