A Duncanville, Texas police officer is being praised for saving a baby trapped in a locked car on a day where the temperature reached 93 degrees. Officer Christian Pinilla say the inside of the car was 123 degrees, and when he finally broke in, the baby was vomiting, a sign of heat exhaustion. He took out the crying little girl, calmed her and handed her over to medics. The girl’s mother is charged with reckless endangerment and has not yet entered a plea.
