They sang, danced and lit bonfires. The crowd was densely packed in the narrow streets around the tomb of a 2nd century rabbi. A stampede resulted, and people were trampled, crushed and asphyxiated. First responders rushed to extricate the injured and take them to hospitals. At least 45 people were killed. #InsideEdition
