1:20Now PlayingThere’s a flower shortage, just in time for Mother’s Day! Experts say it’s partly because a lot of growers have gone out of business thanks to the pandemic. Jamal Ansari, who runs East Coast Wholesale Flowers in Norwalk, Connecticut, said that flower prices are the highest he’s seen in 30 years. He also said that another surprising reason supplies are down is that many flower growers have sold their farms to marijuana farmers or started growing the crop themselves in search of profit. #InsideEdition
