While unemployed during the pandemic, she started using the discarded junk found on the shore of the River Thames to create green greeting cards. Neighbors encouraged her to create a business, and Washed Up Cards was born. Washed Up Cards sell for $6, and each card is stamped with where the plastic litter was sourced from. #InsideEdition
