as posted by the channelBoat captain Jennifer Dowker gives tours of shipwrecks in her glass bottom boat. One day when she was cleaning the windows, she made a discovery that shocked her. It was a green glass bottle with what appeared to be a note inside. After carefully removing the wet paper from the bottle, she realized it had been cast into the water nearly one hundred years ago. She was able to track down the daughter of the man who wrote the note in 1926.
