Mr. Perry’s family reported him missing on December 22nd, telling authorities that he had Alzheimer’s and had wandered away from their home. Trooper Harrington found Mr. Perry in a ditch “suffering from severe hypothermia and frostbite,” then carried him to warm up in the back of his vehicle until an ambulance arrived.
