1:28Now PlayingThis dolphin didn’t call 911 for help, but a police officer with the Marine Patrol unit happened to spot the animal in the water caught up in a fishing net. Officer Nelson Silva with the Miami-Dade Police pulled the dolphin close to his boat, but it was scared and fought to get away. He caught up with the dolphin again and was able to cut some of the netting, but the dolphin was able to get away before the net was removed. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
