1:28Now PlayingA 70-year-old woman was pinned underneath the driver’s side tire of a Hyundai Santa Fe. Before Delaware police arrived, a kind neighbor used a car jack to lift the vehicle off of her, but it didn’t raise the SUV high enough for her to escape. New Castle Police body cam footage shows one of the woman’s legs was twisted in the wheel well, while the other was underneath the tire. Officers and neighbors lent their strength to lifting the vehicle that has a curb weight of about 4,000 pounds.
