Blackwood says that the cashier closed the store 15 minutes early, and apparently never checked if there were any customers inside. He didn’t have to worry about starving though - he was surrounded by food and even some booze. His unintended incarceration happened in 2020 but only recently went viral. Police eventually freed him and found the incident amusing.
