After gate attendants at the Seattle airport informed a passenger that he was too drunk to board an Alaska Airlines flight, he shoved past them, pushing one to the ground. She was knocked unconscious on the jetway. Mother of three Jill Lopotsky, the lead customer service agent for Alaska Airlines, was injured and said she’s experiencing a variety of symptoms including neck pain and blurred vision. The passenger was identified by authorities as Mark Hicks from Folsom, California.
