1:28Now PlayingOfficials inside Ukraine are reporting the Antonov An-225 cargo plane has been destroyed in a Russian assault on an airfield near Kyiv. The Antonov An-225 was also called Mriya, which translates to “the dream” in Ukrainian. The Antonov An-225 Mriya was designed as part of the former Soviet Union's space program. Mriya was the only one completed. The Ukrainian Defense Industry estimates it will cost over $3 Billion to restore the plane. "The restoration shall be time consuming," they said.
