It marks a commitment to “supporting an overall increase of healthy plant-based food” and “reducing food loss and waste by 50%.” Khan is the chair of C40, a global network of almost 100 mayors collaborating to bring local action to the climate crisis. He brought a few of Her Majesty’s Coldstream Guards to remind Americans the UK is open for tourism.
