Police in Surrey, England, have released graphic video, filmed on the driver’s own dash cam, from an incident in July 2021. According to police, the car was going 84 miles per hour when it collided with a motorcycle. The impact launched the motorcyclist from his bike, onto the car’s windshield, and sent him skidding across the road. He ended up “with a broken back and deep cuts to his elbow.”
