as posted by the channelFormer McDonald’s restaurants have been rebranded and reopened after the chain cut ties with Russia. This new restaurant serves burgers and fries, a lot like McDonald’s, but is now Russian-owned instead of a global franchise. As part of the sales agreement, all 62,000 former Russian McDonald’s employees were hired by the new restaurant chain. McDonald’s says despite their restaurants in Ukraine being closed, “the company continues to pay full salaries for its employees in the country.”
