as posted by the channelAmerican cities across the nation experienced a spike in gun violence over the Fourth of July weekend. At least 220 people were killed and 570 were wounded nationwide. In Philadelphia, a stampede of civilians ran for their lives after gunfire broke out at a Fourth of July concert and fireworks show. Two cops were also shot during the incident. One of the officers, Sergio Diggs, had his head wrapped with a bandage after a bullet went through his police cap and grazed his forehead.
