The family of John Raymond Fauver says they called authorities fearing the 53-year-old, who had access to firearms, was having a mental health crisis. The Harford County Sheriff's Office released body camera footage of a standoff between deputies and a reportedly suicidal man. Fauver died at the hospital after deputies mistook a cane for a weapon.
