The U.S. Marshals announced a $5,000 reward leading to the arrest of the man connected to Lady Gaga's dog walker being shot. Last year, Ryan Fischer was shot while protecting Gaga's French bulldogs from armed dognappers. Nineteen-year-old James Howard Jackson and five others were arrested in connection with the violent robbery. However, Jackson was accidentally released from jail last April due to a clerical error. The U.S. Marshals also say Jackson is considered armed and dangerous.
