Police say the family was in a tent when an intruder entered and fatally gunned down 42-year-old Tyler Schmidt, his wife, Sarah, and his 6-year-old daughter. Reports of the shooting prompted authorities to immediately shut down the camp. The suspect's body was later discovered with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
