Teen Dies at Fair Set to Open to the Public Hours Later

A teenager in England died at a local fair that was set to open to the public hours later. Emergency services were called to Pencester Gardens in Dover, England, just before 8 a.m. on Aug. 3 for a “serious incident.” The family carnival was set to open on that site later that day. What happened to the teen was not immediately clear. A spokesperson for South East Coast ambulance service said, “sadly, a teenage boy was pronounced as deceased at the scene.”
