Experts say the sight of a beluga whale in France’s Seine River is not a good sign. The beluga whale has been tracked about 45 miles northwest of Paris, quite far from its native, frigid Arctic waters. Conservation groups say the whale needs food and a guide out of the Seine’s freshwater back to cold saltwater.
