Within a week, thieves stole $5,000 in quarters and destroyed an $11,000 change machine. Although they were all caught on camera, Thoms says nothing's been done. His final straw was when thieves came to his home and tried to steal his truck. He and his family decided to move 2,000 miles away to Alabama.
