1:14Now PlayingSheriff's deputies in Oklahoma thought a woman was securely handcuffed in the back of their vehicle, until shots were fired. Racheal Zion Clay, 36, reportedly got out of her handcuffs and used a rifle in the car to fire on deputies outside. She reportedly struck one of them as well as a bystander. An hours-long standoff ensued with law enforcement, but Clay eventually surrendered and was placed under arrest. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
