Starbucks Sued Over ‘Refreshers’ Not Containing Enough Fruit

Starbucks customers are asking “Where’s the fruit?” A class action lawsuit was filed in New York against the coffee giant over its Refreshers drink line. Documents filed for the suit allege, “Despite their names, and unbeknownst to consumers, the Mango Dragonfruit and Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refreshers contain no mango.” Starbucks says “The allegations in the complaint are inaccurate and without merit.”
