It wasn’t easy for Mary Wassink of California to part with a 7-carat diamond necklace she’s had for more than 20 years, but she needed money for her son's college tuition. After getting a disappointing offer from a pawn shop, Mary posted her necklace on Facebook Marketplace and says someone offered her more than $10,000. Mary says when she walked away from the transaction, the buyer got her necklace and she got an envelope full of $1 bills. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
