Hurricane Fiona struck Puerto Rico and one casualty was this bridge that was washed away in flood waters. Reports say the bridge was installed in 2017 by the National Guard after Hurricane Maria hit. Governor Pedro Pierluisi was giving an update when the lights briefly went out. Later he announced the electrical system went completely out of service to all 1.4 million residents of the island. Reports say it could take days for full restoration. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
