YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA Boston restaurant showed Inside Edition how fresh fish goes from the sea to your dinner plate. Tory Bramante oversaw his crew offloading freshly caught Atlantic haddock from the Gulf of Maine. After the fish is hauled up, it's sorted dockside by size and weight. The fish gets packed back on the ice and sent over for inspection and processing. After it's cleaned and carefully fileted, the fish makes it into the frying pan at Legal Sea Foods in less than seven hours after it was caught.
