Suddenly, he fell 24 feet off the climbing wall to the concrete floor. George's parents say he was wearing a harness but they realized there was no safety rope way too late. Luckily, George survived but he suffered several broken bones, a concussion and underwent three surgeries. Now, the popular tourist attraction is facing a lawsuit.
