A cause of death has been revealed for 18-year-old Tyler Sanders. The teen actor, known for roles in “911: Lone Star” and “The Rookie,” was discovered dead in his Los Angeles home last June, according to TMZ. The Medical Examiner’s Office says he died from the effects of Fentanyl. The former child star also performed stand up comedy and received a 2021 Daytime Emmy Nomination for “Just Add Magic: Mystery City.”
