1:19Now PlayingThis is disturbing video of a man hurling a dog over a tall fence topped with razor wire. The dog seems to land okay and looks on at the man from the corner of the fence as he takes off, abandoning the dog. The dog was left there for less than two hours ,according to Riverside County Animal Services in California. Maintenance workers at the cellphone tower where it was left found the dog, described as an 8-year-old pit bull mix.
