1:46Now PlayingA police officer in Connecticut was fired after the way he handled himself at a traffic stop in December, according to the Waterbury Police Department. Video released shows the officer screaming at an apologetic driver during a traffic stop. “We are looking to gain trust from the citizens in our community not belittle them, berate them and not scare them,” Police Chief Fernando C. Spagnolo said to WFSB. The police union said its currently reviewing the internal affairs report.
