The 21-year-old star is charged with fatally shooting Jamea Harris, near the university campus. Miles allegedly tried to flirt with the victim as she sat in a parked car with her boyfriend and a cousin. One eyewitness says when she refused to talk to him, a gun battle erupted. A Ring camera captured the chilling sound of gunfire as two bystanders ran for their lives.
