Their 2-year-old daughter sat in the child's seat during the murder and was the only eyewitness. Prosecutors say 61-year-old Henry Tenon put a tire in the middle of the road to stop Jared's car and shot him when he got out to move it. According to his brother Adam, Jared was secretly afraid he might be murdered.
