When EMTs Robert Long and JaMichael Sandridge arrived on the scene, they asked a police officer to shine a light on Nichols in order to see his injuries but they do not appear to offer him aid. The third fired paramedic is their supervisor, Lt. Michelle Whitaker, who was there but did not get out of the truck.
