Four Americans were kidnapped in Mexico while on a medical tourism trip. Two of the victims were found dead. About 300,000 Americans are planning to party in Cancun and other Mexican resorts. However, the U.S. State Department issued a level 4 travel warning for Matamoros, Mexico where the ambush took place.
