In line with the new King’s sustainability efforts, this cross was made from recycled silver, Welsh slate and reclaimed wood. It was a 2020 gift from then-Prince Charles to the church in Wales. It will lead the coronation procession into Westminster Abbey containing a gift from the Vatican.
