The woman was at the car wash getting ready to put the baby into the car. That's when a gust of wind pushed the stroller away. The panicked woman tried to chase after the stroller but she fell. Thankfully, good Samaritan Ron Nessman was there to save the day. Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.
