However, it turns out that a growing number of restaurants are using "ghost kitchens." To find out, Inside Edition ordered a sub from Jersey Mike’s. When Inside Edition showed up at the address on the Uber Eats receipt, the restaurant was named Kitchen United. Kitchen United tells us the sub we ordered was prepared by Jersey Mike's staff. They say they offered that restaurant, and others, kitchen space to help them operate at lower costs.
