The Flagler County Sheriff’s office says Frank Clement Jr. crashed his truck into a fire hydrant. When approached by a deputy, Clement can be heard on bodycam saying that he had been drinking. While he seemed to cooperate at first, officials say he then approached the deputy in a threatening manner. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
